From the customer service, to the exceptionally fair pricing, and options for final payment - this shop is worth trusting! Came in with an A/C issue and from the reviews, pricing was not only fair but they offer financing as well. Worth every penny. I appreciate this shop and the work they did.

2012 Fiat 500 Excellent service! Very knowledgeable and extremely polite and respectful group working here. I recently moved back to Garland and was in need of a reputable shop so I used my chatGPT AI to find me a shop that fit all my needs (I listed them all in the AI) and this shop was the first. I absolutely was skeptical and afraid as most people are these days with getting quality and fairly priced work. Such a rare combo these days. Blackline Auto was excellent from start to finish they explained everything in detail and also showed me a video of the vehicles problems. Please be kind to them and work with them so that they can help you the best possible way. Do not be afraid to ask follow-up questions. I 100% will be back for various issues in the years to come. Thank you blackline auto!

Alonso and Ramiro have repaired my fathers truck, my brothers Challenger and recently my truck. Have been going to them for over 6 years and never had one problem with their work. Boris and Sol are very patient, very detailed in the explanation process from start to finish. This shop really provided my family and I with peace of mind that our vehicles are getting the best most professional care, unlike other shops and those mobile mechanics. They walk you through each step along the way and do not hesitate to answer any questions. Definitely will recommend this Shop. You will not be disappointed!

This is the first time going to this place. I chose it because of the reviews. And I’m so glad I did. Blackline is not your typical auto place. From the first moment of walking through the door to leaving my keys they were very professional and very helpful. I knew my car was in good hands. They diagnose the problem and fixed it and gave me a call when they completed the repair. The biggest shock is that it was all done the same day. Even on a SATURDAY!! Not what I would’ve expected from a typical auto care facility. They sent me videos of what they found and a video of the repair. I definitely don’t get that good of service even from my Cadillac dealer! I will definitely be bringing my business back to them and recommending them to anybody I know!!!

BMW X5 Happy Customer!!! I had the rear main seal and oil pan gasket replaced on my BMW X5 at Blackline Auto Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the entire process. They took the time to explain the repairs, provided clear pricing, and kept me updated throughout the job. The quality of the work is excellent no leaks, no issues, and my X5 runs perfectly. It’s clear they know BMWs inside and out and take pride in doing the job right. The shop was clean, the turnaround time was reasonable, and the customer service was top-notch. If you’re looking for a trustworthy shop that specializes in high-end vehicles and stands behind their work, I highly recommend Blackline Auto Repair. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back for future service!
